OUR LADY OF LEBANON PARISH COMMITTEE GROUPS
Stewardship Committee
This Committee oversees the running of the Church; properties; Committee Groups; Accountability; and the general upkeep of all Church records and archives. With Monsignor Joe at the helm, the Stewardship Committee were the driving force behind the building of our new Church.
Church Committee
The Church Committee looks at the physical aspects of the Church, i.e.; ushering Parishioners to seats in Church; the collection of plates during Masses; and the general tidiness within the building.
Finance Committee
This Committee accounts for all financial aspects of the Parish, i.e.; counting, bagging and banking money from Masses; accountability of all donations with details of donors recorded; balancing and reconciling Parish Accounts; readying finances for the quarterly BAS and annual Audit; archiving of all financial records; continuously checking cash-flow to ensure the Church is servicing the loan.
Fundraising Committee
This group of people focus on fundraising for the building project. Though we have now completed the building of our Church, our loan repayments will need to be met quarterly.
Legion of Mary
